Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) and RBC are seeking participants for the Newcomer Connections Program, a community designed to support newcomers to Canada build the skills and relationships they need to find meaningful work and prepare for the jobs of tomorrow. Support your development through a rich curriculum with curated discussion guides to get the most out of your mentorship journey.

Mentors
- 5+ years in Canada
- Currently employed or recently retired
- Passionate about supporting people who are settling into life in Canada
- 1.5 hour per month commitment

Mentees
- New to settling into life in Canada
- Looking to grow in career or make employment changes
- Seeking network-building opportunities

10KC's mentorship software makes it easy to connect people at all levels to share knowledge and grow together based on their skill sets and needs.

Mentorship Program
- 1:1 guided mentorship with structured curriculum
- 4 monthly sessions
- AI-driven pairings and automated reminders
Office Hours
- In demand group sessions led by subject matter experts.
- Topics such as Accounting, Legal, Marketing as well as sessions with seasoned entrepreneurs
Introductions
- Networking connections made every other month based on profile data and individual goals
- AI-driven pairings for networking chats with suggested topics
