Ten Thousand Coffees Team -
December 14, 2021

December is dedicated to connectivity at Ten Thousand Coffees. As we reflected upon 2021, we noticed that connectivity was everywhere for our clients, their employees as well as for our own 10KC team.

The feeling of connectedness is very important for today’s enterprise workers, as 62% of surveyed US enterprise employees would leave their organization for one where they would feel more connected to colleagues. The same survey revealed that 55% said that connecting with colleagues within the past year has become more difficult due to remote and hybrid work environments.

Organizations and business leaders that are prioritizing connectivity, and effectively connecting their workforces will be the most successful in 2022 and beyond, as companies continue to navigate remote and hybrid work environments, as well as the permanent changes to the way people want to work.
